- Creating engaging and high quality copy, images, videos and graphics for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Planning and implementing content calendars to ensure our social media channels are regularly updated with relevant and engaging content
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of our social media content to gain insights and continuously improve the strategy
- Following current trends and developments in social media to integrate innovative ideas and best practices into our strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally in a similar role or as a freelancer
- Excellent knowledge of the different social media platforms and their specific requirements and best practices
- Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into engaging content
- Experience in using content creation and planning tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data and translate it into recommendations for action
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments
- Creativity, flexibility
5 - 10 hours of work per week
( release picture material, documents via Google, personal exchange)
Very good knowledge of German
